Before I was a chef, I worked as a yoga teacher. I’ve had the opportunity to work at multiple studios and travel to teach worldwide. The Yoga world continues to mean a great deal in my life. Now I am able to take my passion for food and mindfulness to a whole new level and cook for yoga retreats. I have been able to cook for two retreats with Thrive Yoga so far and have 3 more planned in 2026. These large undertakings are a culmination of all of my practice and knowledge.
